These terms apply when you use velmaine.com or buy from Velmaine. Velmaine is owned and operated by Marisole Holdings Pty Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them together with our shipping policy, refund policy, payment policy and privacy policy, which form part of these terms.

Who can shop with us

We sell to customers in the United States and deliver to US addresses only. To place an order you must be at least 18, or have the permission of a parent or guardian.

Products and descriptions

We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Colors can look slightly different depending on your screen, and measurements may vary a little from piece to piece. Our size maps and fit notes are a guide to help you choose.

Prices

All prices are in US dollars. Shipping is free on every order. Any sales tax that applies is shown at checkout before you pay. If a product is listed at the wrong price because of an error, we'll contact you before shipping and you can choose to go ahead at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Orders

When you place an order, you'll receive an order confirmation email. A contract between us is formed when we ship your order. We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if there's a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we'll let you know and refund you in full.

Returns and refunds

You can return items within 30 days of delivery. The full conditions are set out in our refund policy.

Discounts and promotions

Discount codes and promotions are subject to the terms shown with them, can't be exchanged for cash, and can be changed or ended at any time. Unless stated otherwise, discount codes can't be combined with multi-buy savings.

Using our website

Please don't misuse our website. That includes trying to gain unauthorized access, interfering with how it works, copying it with automated tools, or using it for anything unlawful.

Our content

The text, photos, graphics and logo on our website belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be excluded. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on our website when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
