Shipping policy

Velmaine sells exclusively in the United States of America. This policy explains where we ship, what it costs and how long it takes.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order. There is no minimum spend, and it is applied automatically at checkout.

Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the United States only. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii and US territories may take a little longer than the times below.

Processing time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of being placed. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays.

Delivery time

Once shipped, orders arrive in 5–8 business days. In total, most orders arrive 6–11 business days after you order. Busy periods and carrier delays can occasionally add time.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order ships, we email you a confirmation with a tracking link. If you can't find it, check your spam folder or email us with your order number.

If your order is delayed

If we can't ship your order within the time stated above, we'll email you before that time with a new expected shipping date. You can then choose to wait or to cancel your order for a full refund.

Changing or cancelling an order

Email us as soon as possible with your order number. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to update or cancel it. Once it has shipped, you can return it under our refund policy.

Delivery address

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll contact you to arrange delivery.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you can't find it, please check with neighbors and your building's mail room first, then email us and we'll work with the carrier to help. If your order arrives damaged, email us with your order number and photos and we'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund.
